Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept PPO plans from several providers, including Ameritas and Delta Dental. Please bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can ensure your information is current in our system.

How often do I need a dental checkup?
We recommend visiting the dentist for a checkup every six months.

It's been a long time since I've been to the dentist. What should I do?
Even if it’s been a while since you’ve seen a dentist, we never judge. We’re here to help. Call our office and schedule a checkup. Our team will assess your oral health and make recommendations if necessary.

What do I need for my first appointment?
If you’re a new patient, please bring the following to your first appointment.
- Completed new patient forms.
- Any X-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A valid form of ID.
- A list of medications you are currently taking.
- A list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries.
- Dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance.
